**Shipping Zones**

We currently only offer shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom Mainland. We do not ship to the following areas:
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man
- Scottish Highlands
- Northern Ireland
- Scilly Isles
- Isle of Wight
- Orkney
- Shetland

**Order Processing**

1. **Order Confirmation:** Once you place an order with Time To Braai, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review this email carefully to ensure all details are accurate. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact our customer support team immediately.

2. **Order Processing Time:** We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

**Shipping Methods**

We offer the following shipping methods:

1. **Standard Shipping:** Our standard shipping option typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery after order processing.

**Shipping Charges**

We charge a flat rate shipping charge of £3.99  for all UK Mainland orders under £35.00.  We offer free UK Mainland shipping on all orders over £35.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment.

**Delivery**

1. **Delivery Address:** Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be responsible for any delays or non-deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

2. **Signature Requirement:** All orders require a signature upon delivery. This ensures that your order reaches you securely. If you are unavailable to sign for the package, the courier will leave a delivery notification with instructions for rescheduling or picking up your order from a local depot.
