Black Dog Products

Established late in 2016 in the heart of Durbanville - South Africa, we took the decision to enter a challenging market – The spice trade.  Owned and started by Daniel Albutt at just 19 years of age – a new, innovative and refined vision was underway.

Why Black Dog? Well, it’s simple really. A dog is a man’s best friend; so with purchasing and enjoying our products, we have allowed customers to visualize the likeness between enjoying our products as you would the company of your dog, therefore allowing any of our products to become your ‘braai buddy’.

Our vision, from the start, has revolved round constantly developing products which are simply the tastiest, while also eliminating any elements which may be harmful or damaging to your body. As a result, we pride ourselves on being a brand that promotes products which contain the bare minimum in additves and the maximum in the goodness of herbs and locally sourced spices.
